Hackers premiered to middling reviews at the time of its release, but it has since become a cult classic. Jolie played Kate Libby, a.k.a. Acid Burn, while Miller took on the role of Dade Murphy, a.k.a Zero Cool. The film also featured Matthew Lillard, Lorraine Bracco, Felicity Huffman and Marc Anthony.

After the pair wed, Jolie quickly tired of fielding questions about her new husband. "It was weird to immediately be married, and then you kind of lose your identity," she told The New York Times five months after the wedding. "You're suddenly somebody's wife.
